What to expect
We know that most publishers are super-busy. And so are we. Still, it became the norm and the expectation that a reply in this industry can take weeks or even months.
Honestly: This is not acceptable. Of course it takes time to process the inquiries and even more time to actually dig through the submissions and come to conclusions and decisions. However we do believe in transparency: When you do reach out to us because you are interested in our publication and publishing services, we promise to get back to you within 24 hours. Not with a final verdict - but with a friendly message and an initiation of the conversation. Transparency is our ultimate goal.
Also: Don’t worry. Your manuscript does not need to be perfect (just yet) in order to initiate the conversation. We work with authors in all different stages of manuscript development and are able and willing to support you throughout the whole process.
